Top-tier celebrity couple Won Bin and Lee Na-young continue to showcase their financial prowess through savvy real estate investments. On June 16, reports revealed that a building in Seoul’s upscale Cheongdam-dong neighborhood, jointly purchased by the couple, has appreciated by an impressive 28.7 billion won over seven years. The building, originally acquired for 14.5 billion won, is now estimated to be worth 43.2 billion won.

This is not the only major property in Won Bin’s portfolio. The actor also owns a building in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, currently valued at 6.9 billion won, and another in Seongsu-dong worth 9.5 billion won—both showing significant increases in value. These holdings further solidify his status as one of Korea’s most successful celebrity real estate investors.

Won Bin, who debuted in 1997, is now in his 28th year in the industry. Although he hasn’t taken on a film or drama project since his iconic 2010 role in The Man from Nowhere, his enduring popularity has kept him active in the commercial sector. With only 14 acting projects to his name—six films and eight dramas—Won Bin continues to dominate advertising, proving that star power doesn’t always require the spotlight.

He has been the face of Dongseo Foods’ TOP coffee for over 16 years and more recently appeared in commercials for the health supplement brand Ajungdang, drawing admiration for his timeless visuals.

Despite his absence from screens, Won Bin remains in the public eye through glimpses of his everyday life. In 2023, he was spotted pressing sesame oil and making juice from homegrown aronia berries, gestures that reflect his grounded lifestyle. His interest in cooking was further highlighted when he reportedly enrolled in a culinary class.
